What services does Atomic Wellness Hub provide?
Atomic Wellness Hub provides fully personalised online nutrition and training programmes.
You can work with:
Gosia for nutrition only
Mike for training only
Or combine both for a fully aligned nutrition and training approach
All services are delivered online.
Who are your programmes suitable for?
Our programmes are designed for adults who want a realistic, sustainable approach to improving their health, physique and long-term habits. We work particularly well with busy professionals, parents and individuals who want structure without extremes.
Our approach is best suited to people who are ready to:

What qualifications do you hold?
Gosia holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition Services and Dietetics, alongside UK qualifications in diet and advanced sports nutrition.
Mike is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with additional specialist training in perinatal support and women’s training.
Our work is based on recognised education, practical experience and evidence-based principles - not weekend courses or social media trends.
How does the process work after purchase?
After purchasing your chosen programme:
You receive a detailed intake questionnaire
We review your responses carefully
Your personalised plan is created
Delivery takes place within 7 working days
Your programme officially begins when your first plan is delivered.
What is the difference between Meal Plans and Macro Plans?
1. Meal Plan:
You receive a personalised meal plan, including food swaps and a shopping list.
This option suits those who prefer clear structure and do not wish to track macros on their own.
2. Macro Plan:
You receive personalised calorie and macro targets, plus guidance on how to structure meals independently.
This option suits those who prefer flexibility and are comfortable tracking food intake.
Both options include review points and adjustments throughout the programme.
Can I request changes to my meal plan?
Yes.
Each time a new plan is delivered, you have a 7-day adjustment window to request food swaps or preference-based changes.
Adjustments are limited to one revision per phase.
What are your working hours and response times?
Communication takes place Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 18:00 (UK time).
Messages are answered within 24 hours on business days.
Do you provide supplement advice?
We can offer general supplement guidance if you provide recent blood test results.
This guidance is educational only and does not replace medical advice from your GP or specialist.
We do not prescribe supplements.
Do you work with medical conditions?
We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
If you have a diagnosed medical condition, ongoing symptoms, or are under medical care, you must consult your GP or specialist before beginning a programme.
In certain cases, we may request medical clearance or decline service if it falls outside our professional scope.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Because all programmes are personalised, work begins shortly after you submit your intake questionnaire.
You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase if work has not yet started.
Once your personalised plan has been created or delivered, refunds are not available.
What do you expect from clients?
We expect clients to:
Complete the intake questionnaire honestly
Follow the plan
Submit progress data at agreed intervals
Communicate respectfully and within boundaries
