What services do you offer?
Atomic Wellness Hub offers personalised nutrition plans and training programmes. You can work with either of us separately or choose a combined approach for nutrition and training together.
Who are your services for?
Our services are for adults who want a structured, realistic approach to nutrition and training - without fad diets, extreme rules, or guesswork.
We work best with clients who are ready to follow guidance, stay consistent, and take responsibility for their progress.
How does the process work after I sign up?
After purchase, you’ll receive a detailed intake questionnaire. Once this is completed, we review your answers and create your personalised plan.
Your plan is delivered within 7 working days, giving us time to do the work properly rather than rushing.
Do you offer video or phone consultations?
No. All coaching is provided in writing only (email or WhatsApp).
This keeps communication clear, flexible, and easy to fit around real life - and allows you to refer back to advice whenever you need it.
How personalised are the meal plans?
Every meal plan is created specifically for you, based on your questionnaire, lifestyle, schedule, preferences, and goals.
You can choose how many meals per day you prefer, and plans can be adjusted around work patterns or shift work.
Can I change foods I don’t like?
Yes. After receiving your plan, you have a 7-day adjustment window to request food swaps.
This allows you to tailor the plan to your taste so it’s easier to stick to long-term.
Do you provide shopping lists?
Yes. All meal plans include shopping lists to make food preparation easier.
Do you provide supplement advice?
We can offer general supplement guidance if you share recent blood test results.
This guidance is educational only and follows general evidence-based and UK public health recommendations.
We do not prescribe supplements or replace advice from your GP or specialist.
Do you work with medical conditions?
We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
If you have a medical condition, ongoing symptoms, or are under medical care, you should always follow the advice of your GP or specialist.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Because all plans are personalised, work begins shortly after you submit your questionnaire.
You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase if work has not yet started.
Once your personalised plan has been created or delivered, refunds are not available.
Can I combine nutrition and training?
Yes. Combined support gives you a fully aligned approach to food and training.
What do you expect from clients?
We expect clients to:
complete the intake questionnaire honestly,
follow the plan as designed,
communicate within agreed boundaries,
understand that progress comes from consistency, not perfection.
