About Us
My name is Mike, and I help people who want to train in the gym in a structured, effective way - without guessing, random programmes, or copying online trends. I work with people (mainly women aged 25-50 and pregnant women) who are beginners or have limited training experience and feel like they don’t fully know what to do in the gym to make the most out of it.
My main focus areas are physique development, glute building, and training women during the perinatal period.
I hold the following qualifications:
Level 3 Personal Trainer,
Level 3 Award in Supporting Participation in Physical Activity: Perinatal,
Understanding the Menstrual Cycle in Exercise and Training.
My approach is simple: I base the coaching process on the PDCA method (Plan-Do-Check-Act). First, we establish a plan that is focused around you. Then we put it into practice, check what’s working, and make adjustments (if needed).
Working with me is built on three principles: honesty, collaboration, and commitment. I’m demanding but fair - because I care about consistency and results, not perfection. I know real life doesn’t look like social media, so I don’t expect 100% execution every single day. What matters is regularity and a sensible process.
If you want me to bring structure to your training, give you a clear plan, and coach you so you know exactly what to do and why - you’re in the right place.
My name is Gosia, I'm a Polish-trained Nutrition Scientist specialising in practical, evidence-based nutrition that supports health, energy, and long-term wellbeing. My priority is your health and longevity first. Looking better and feeling more confident in your body is a valuable bonus, but it is never the main goal at the expense of your wellbeing.
I work in a structured, detail-focused way. Every plan starts with a thorough intake questionnaire and follow-up questions, so your nutrition is tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. I also encourage clients to share recent blood test results and relevant health information, as this helps me create a plan that is safer, more personalised, and easier to follow.
Education and qualifications:
Master’s degree (Poland): Nutrition Services & Dietetics
Bachelor of Engineering (Poland): Commodity Science
UK Level 3 Certificate in Diet and Nutrition
UK Level 4 Advanced Sports Nutrition Certificate
Polish course: Dietetic Coaching Step by Step (Prowadzenie dietetyczne krok po kroku)
Important disclaimer
I am not a doctor and I do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions. My services provide non-clinical nutrition guidance and personalised meal planning. If you have symptoms, a medical condition, or concerns about your health, you should always speak to your GP or relevant specialist. Sharing health context and blood results (where available) helps me tailor your nutrition more safely and appropriately alongside professional medical advice.
