1. General Information

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of fitness training and nutrition services by Atomic Wellness Hub, operated online.

By purchasing, accessing, or using any service provided by Atomic Wellness Hub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the services.

2. Scope of Services

Atomic Wellness Hub provides:

personalised training programmes,

exercise guidance and education,

nutrition education,

personalised meal plans and dietary guidance.

All services are delivered remotely, without in-person supervision.

3. No Medical or Clinical Services

Atomic Wellness Hub does not provide:

medical advice,

medical nutrition therapy,

diagnosis or treatment of disease,

rehabilitation services,

physiotherapy,

psychological or psychiatric care.

All services are educational and lifestyle-based only and are not a substitute for advice or treatment from a GP, registered dietitian, physiotherapist, or other regulated healthcare professional.

4. Client Responsibility & Health Screening

You confirm that:

you are physically and mentally able to participate in exercise and lifestyle changes,

you have sought medical clearance where appropriate,

you have disclosed all relevant health information truthfully.

You must inform Atomic Wellness Hub before starting if you have, or suspect you may have:

cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal or neurological conditions,

musculoskeletal injuries or chronic pain,

gastrointestinal disorders,

eating disorders (past or present),

food allergies or intolerances,

pregnancy, breastfeeding, or recent childbirth.

Atomic Wellness Hub reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if your needs fall outside the scope of safe, non-clinical support.

5. Training & Exercise Disclaimer

Exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

muscle soreness,

strains,

sprains,

injury.

You acknowledge that:

you train at your own risk,

Atomic Wellness Hub cannot monitor your form, environment, or equipment use,

you are responsible for modifying or stopping exercises if pain or discomfort occurs.

Atomic Wellness Hub is not responsible for injuries resulting from:

improper execution,

use of inappropriate equipment,

ignoring guidance or warnings,

training beyond personal limits.

6. Nutrition & Meal Planning Disclaimer

Nutrition services provided include education and personalised meal planning, based on information supplied by you.

You acknowledge that:

responses to nutrition vary between individuals,

no specific outcomes are guaranteed,

food choices, preparation, hygiene, and sourcing remain your responsibility.

Atomic Wellness Hub is not responsible for:

adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies or intolerances,

misuse or misinterpretation of guidance,

outcomes related to non-adherence.

7. Eating Disorder Policy

Atomic Wellness Hub does not provide services intended to treat eating disorders.

If an eating disorder is disclosed or suspected, services may be declined or discontinued, and you may be advised to seek appropriate professional support.

8. No Guaranteed Results

Atomic Wellness Hub makes no guarantees regarding:

weight loss or gain,

body composition changes,

performance improvements,

health outcomes.

Results depend on multiple factors including consistency, adherence, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and individual biology.

9. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Stripe/PayPal).

Unless stated otherwise:

services are non-refundable once delivered,

cancellations must be requested before service delivery,

missed sessions or failure to engage does not entitle you to a refund.

Refunds, where applicable, are issued at the sole discretion of Atomic Wellness Hub.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

Atomic Wellness Hub shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of its services,

liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials, plans, documents, and content provided remain the intellectual property of Atomic Wellness Hub.

They may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without prior written consent.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and the Atomic Wellness Hub Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any service provided by Atomic Wellness Hub, you confirm that you:

accept full responsibility for your participation,

agree to be bound by them.
