We believe coaching should be personalised. Not everyone needs the same plan, and not everyone should be given generic advice just because it is quick and easy to hand out.

Mike is a qualified Personal Trainer and Gosia holds an MSc in Food Services and Dietetics, which is exactly why we do not pretend that a few basic food tips are the same as proper support. We would rather do things properly than pass off generic advice as coaching. That way, you get the right support from the right person, based on your goal and your needs.

Whether your goal is fat loss, body recomposition, or building muscle, we are here to help. What we are not here to do is promise you ridiculous results just to make a sale. If someone tells you that you will lose 10 kg in a month, they are selling you a fantasy. We would rather be honest about what real progress looks like and help you achieve results that support your health and that you can actually maintain.
