Mike Kieronski – personal trainer
Hi, I’m Mike 😊
And if you’ve seen my photos on our homepage, you’ll already know that I haven’t always looked like a personal trainer.
Over the years, I gradually gained weight. I didn’t wake up one morning having suddenly gained 25 kg. It was all the little things that eventually added up: eating too much, moving too little, finishing whatever Gosia left because “it would be a shame to throw it away”... It all sounds pretty harmless until you do it regularly for a few years.
In June 2024, I weighed 101.1 kg, and my health markers were starting to get worse. I knew it was time to make a change.
18 months later, I weighed 76.9 kg ➡️ 24.2 kg down.
I didn’t get there through extreme workouts or a diet I couldn’t possibly maintain. I trained, kept an eye on my nutrition and learnt how to stay consistent even when motivation disappeared.
That’s also why I don’t expect you to do everything perfectly.
Real life doesn’t look like fitness on Instagram.
You’ll have bad workouts. There’ll be weeks when you’re short on time. Sometimes you’ll skip a session, eat more than you planned or simply not feel like doing any of it. One day like that doesn’t undo your progress.
What matters is what you do most of the time.
How will we work together?
First, I want to know what you want to achieve, where you’re starting from and how much time you can realistically dedicate to training.
From there, we’ll create a plan around your goals, your current ability and the equipment you have available. Then we get to work, see what’s working and make adjustments where they’re needed.
I don’t want training to take over your life. I want it to become part of it.
My main areas of interest are physique development, building muscle and women’s training, with additional qualifications covering the menstrual cycle and exercise during the perinatal period.
I don’t need 100% perfection from you. I need consistency and honesty.
If something in the plan isn’t working, tell me. We’ll figure out why and find a better way forward. Your training plan should help you make progress, not become another thing that makes you feel like you’re failing.
Want to give it a go? Tell us a little about yourself and what you’d like to achieve.
You don’t need to know exactly what kind of support you need yet. We’ll help you work that out. ⬇️
