Atomic Wellness Hub was created by Mike and Gosia, a Polish married couple combining evidence-based nutrition and training under one roof.

We help people improve their health, build a better relationship with food, and achieve results in the gym without crash diets, extremes, or unsustainable social media trends.

Our approach is rooted in education and science. We do not believe in starving yourself, punishing cardio, or chasing quick fixes. We believe in structure, personalised support, and habits that work in real life.

Gosia leads the nutrition side of Atomic Wellness Hub. She holds an engineering degree in Commodity Science and a Master’s degree in Food Services and Dietetics, supported by additional UK qualifications in diet and advanced sports nutrition. Her work is focused on helping clients build a sustainable way of eating that supports both health and performance.

Mike leads the training side. He is a certified Personal Trainer specialising in women’s training, including perinatal support and female-specific training considerations such as the menstrual cycle. His coaching is centred around structured programming, exercise selection, progressive overload, and helping clients train effectively without burnout.

At Atomic Wellness Hub, nutrition and training are not treated as two separate worlds. They work together. That is how long-term progress is built.

We do not sell miracles or unrealistic promises. If someone claims you will lose 20 kg in a month with their plan, they are selling fantasy. We offer real results, but real results take consistency, commitment, and a willingness to put the work in.
